➡️starting a business⬅️ . lately i’ve had quite a bit of dms of people ~ages 16-22, although my tips could pertain to any age, hopefully this gives you all some help! . 1️⃣ i wasted months keeping my idea in my head. as soon as i wrote down a business plan, my target market, my objectives, my resources, my products, my services, etc. it was so easy to take the next step. you can google and print a “business model canvas” to fill out yourself! . 2️⃣ you could figure everything out by yourself... but don’t. that will take too much time. instead, find someone who you can talk to, build a relationship with who has the knowledge you need in order to do what you are trying to do. these relationships can be difficult to establish bc you are coming to someone with nothing to offer, but want their expertise. find ways to make it mutually beneficial! this step is key! . 3️⃣ just do it. who gives a d**n if it fails? no one is going to go to sleep at night chuckling bc your business & brand didn’t work out. the sooner you begin after you have steps #1 and #2 established, the sooner you can make mistakes, hence the sooner you learn and improve! . if your young... take the risk. there’s nothing to lose💯 follow @ampathleticsofficial 🔥 . . . . . #business #enterpreneur #bodybuilding #leangains #setgoals #dreambig #hustle #ceomindset #knowledge #getbetter #success #starttoday #takerisks #risktaker #abs #muscle #l4l #biggoals #fitnessmotivation #beastmode

❗️injury ❗️ . although i like to use instagram as a highlight reel (as do we all)... . here is an ugly set of 395 lbs for 5 last week... . this was the set i pulled a muscle in my lower back on, particularly on the 2nd rep (lost tightness, bad form, hips shot up)... . it is 100% my fault. i went through the motions for my normal mobility / warm up routine, even felt cold as i was putting weight on the bar, but continued forward and paid the price. . i now probably won’t be able to squat heavy the rest of this strength phase and will have to spend a couple week easing back into it... . injuries are frustrating. all we wanna do is make gains and injuries hold us back... but, we can prevent them. . take warming up seriously💯 #lessonlearned . . . . . #squatfail

🔥leg growth🔥 . picture quality not the best (screen-shot these of front camera video) but here’s where my legs are at sitting at 195 lbs bodyweight... . by no means do i know how to pose properly (especially my legs) so i messed around and tried a few things, but here’s my best advice for those wanting to put mass on their legs... . 1️⃣ hit legs 2x per week . 2️⃣ squat. leg press. lunges. rdls. goodmornings. hack squat. split squats. the majority of your volume should go towards these exercises (especially squat imo) in the 8-12 rep range. . 3️⃣ full range of motion. (might have to lighten weight) . 4️⃣ eat in a caloric surplus (gain about .5 - 1 lbs per week) . 5️⃣ do steps 1-4 for 2-4 months then start dieting to lose some excess bodyfat you gained, and reveal your new added muscle tissue💯 . currently have a strained lower back and am taking leg exercises very easy... it sucks.. legs is my favorite thing to train... except when i’m doing 10 sets of high volume squats... then i hate it...😂 . please save this post if my tips helped you out! thanks for the love 💪🏽 . . . . . #leggains #quads #legday #squats #squatsfordays #muscle #shredding #shredded #physique #flexing #workout #bodybuilding #fitness #fitfam #instafit #like #bulkingseason #gym #ilift #legworkout
