Cococaramel bites 🤤
1.5 cups cashews
2/3 cup desiccated coconut
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup coconut oil
85g medjool dates
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
pop in your blender or food processor and blitz til combined. roll into balls and leave bare or coat with more coconut or a melted chocolate drizzle. keep refrigerated.
