Crossfit is meant to be enjoyed by all ages, even the kids! we are starting a crossfiteen program for the summer!

free introduction takes place june 8th from 1-2pm. kids (13-18) will be taught the fundamentals of crossfit and correct movement patterns!

School is finishing up, and summer is basically here! our weightlifteen program was so successful this year, that we are extending it through the summer!

june 8th, 12-1pm we are going free introduction for any “teens” (13-18) interested in joining. have your kids bring their friends!

weightlifting helps develop proprioception and coordination, which are especially transferrable to other sports!
