This is an athlete that has been utilizing @tickertraining metabolic aerobic threshold training to teach his body to utilize f*t efficiently. you can see from the before and after test @acremer96 has become a f*t utilizing machine! in the first test he only used 60kcal of fat, the second test he utilized 136kcal of fat. same test each time. as part of ticker we also a***s your body composition using the @inbodyusa, he maintained his lean muscle mass but is down 18lbs of body fat! he reports feeling better, says it’s easier to make healthy food choices and craves less sugar! seems to make sense since he is not using sugar for energy! test like these are becoming common place at crossfit treetown! thanks @pnoe_analytics for the ability to prove our training philosophy to be effective!
