Passionfruit protein cheesecake❗️
another new recipe is up on my blog!
i tend to favour chocolatey snacks as you’ve probs noticed, but for this i thought it would be interesting to try a more tangy fruit for the flavour; passionfruit which works perfectly with the vanilla flavoured kefir yoghurt. i use @thecollectiveuk kefir yoghurt as i’m currently loving this type of yoghurt for its gut friendly probiotic boost. the texture is also so thick and creamy. i used blitzed up @eatnaturalbars gluten free granola for the base.
150g (2 cups) gluten free granola
20g (1/4 cup) prunes
45g egg whites (3 egg whites) *
150g (2 cups) kefir yoghurt (could also use any other kind of yoghurt)
½ scoop of @missfitsnutrition vanilla whey protein (optional could use vanilla extract)
seeds for topping @twobirdscereals
place the granola in a blender and blend until it turns to crumbs then add the prunes and continue to blend
mix in the egg whites by hand until a sticky but not wet dough forms
flatten into a circular silicone tin and place this in the fridge
meanwhile mix the yoghurt with the vanilla whey
pour this over the base and then add the inside of the passionfruit on top and sprinkle with the seeds
place in the fridge to set for at least 3 hours or in the freezer for 1 hour.

Happy saturday 🎉😀
i promise to stopping spamming you with this @gymshark outfit soon but i just love it 💖 nothing like new gym gear to give you even more motivation to get your a*s to the gym!
my current training routine is pretty much this:
tues: calisthenics/ upper body
thurs: shoulders and arms 💪🏼
i train upper body 3 times a week as i much prefer it to legs for some reason. who is else is with me on this? i occasionally do a session at the weekend if i fancy it but something lighter or a bit of cardio. i train because i absolutely love it, not to punish my body as i’ve eaten to much or to look a certain way or just because i feel i should as other people are. its always worth thinking about the real reasons youre doing what you’re doing and the answer should always be for you 💖
have an awesome weekend everyone!
