Started prepping early this morning and will be all week for the first wood oven 🔥 of the season! my wood cart is filled and a week long process of oven moisture removal has begun. excited to get back to my greatest passion - ❤️💯🏡🍕
Ok so i went to get a haircut this morning and what do you think the conversation was about? food what else right? so i came away with this amazingly delicious pizza pie recipe- for real!😂 dante described his absolute favorite traditional dish from his hometown in italy- gaeta! sea coast town near naples. it sounded sooooo delicious i had to attempt it. so here it is - tiella!
pizza dough on top and bottom and the filling is onions, spinach, eggs, parmigiano reggiano and ricotta!! the traditional filling combinations are many from vegetables to seafood!
