I don't diet, i eat right.
i don't workout to burn calories, i workout to burn stress.
i don't do this because i need to be skinny (i'm a thick gal and i'm ok with that!), i do this because i love it.
it's not a diet, it's not a regiment....it is a lifestyle that i love.
i eat ice cream (every sunday)...i also have days where i do a pole class in the morning, work all day, and hit a silks class and lyra class in the evening.
i make time to sit and read, i make time to cuddle with my husband.
i allow myself days to rest. i allow myself chicken wings and spinach veggie dip. i'm still a sucker for warm french bread.
i allow myself to have bad days with no guilt.
i go to bed early...i wake up early. i make time for me and i make time for my husband.
i avoid chemicals in my food because you are what you eat.
i allow myself a scoop of sugar in my coffee but i dont allow myself to drink whiskey anymore.
it's all about what makes me feel good and what makes me comfortable in my own skin and right now, my life is starting to look like something i can live with.
