🌱 1 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)⠀
🌱 one bunch basil ⠀
🌱 1 clove garlic, crushed ⠀
🌱 juice of two lemons⠀
🌱 ⅔ cup cold-pressed olive oil⠀
🌱 salt and pepper, to taste⠀
heat a frypan to medium heat. place pepitas into frypan and stir periodically for at 3-5 minutes, or until the pepitas start to brown and ‘pop’. place all ingredients into a blender and blitz to form a rustic paste. serve on everything! this recipe is from our 'gut matters', learn more through the link in our bio. #foodmatters #gutmatters⠀
