12 medjool dates, pitted, 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats, ½ cup activated almonds or cashews, 4 tbsp chia seeds, juice of 1 lemon, 1 tsp lemon zest, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2 tsp turmeric, ground, ½ cup shredded coconut for dusting,
blitz, roll & dust! that's all there is to it.

Nori breakfast rolls || we’ve taken eggs for breakfast to a new level! this is a super nutritious, protein-rich recipe using seaweed that usually wraps sushi, but this time we’re wrapping up an omelette and greens. yum!

1 sheet nori, 1 egg, a handful of parsley, 1 tsp organic butter or coconut oil, ½ avocado, a handful of leafy greens, sea salt to taste! dressing: 2 tbsp organic yogurt (coconut or dairy) & 1 tsp turmeric. get the full recipe through the link in our bio!
