Food tips for a healthy life
🔥 12 best f*t burning foods 🔥
⠀⠀
🏁 let’s start with this…
⠀⠀
one food (🥦) does not make you skinny/toned while another food (🍕) makes you fat.
⠀⠀
✨ the truth (which i am big on) is that the law of thermodynamics and energy balance (calories in vs. calories out) will largely dictate an increase or decrease in your bodyweight and body f*t %.
⠀⠀
🤪 and if that really is the truth, you may be wondering, “max, why did you make a list of the 12 *best* f*t loss foods if i can eat anything i want so long as portion sizes are controlled and aligned with my goals?”
⠀⠀
😌 great question!
⠀⠀
👉🏼 because most people are largely unaware that the *best* foods, diet, nutrition plan, training program, meal timing strategy, etc, etc, etc, is so largely dictated by personal preference, lifestyle factors, do-ability, enjoyability an sustainability. and the point of this post is to showcase that while there are some foods (like banana, greek yogurt, bell peppers, cucumber, watermelon and chicken breast) that likely make f*t burning simpler/easier because of their nutrient and calorie makeup, that doesn’t mean you can’t fit in foods you love like 🍦 ice cream, 🌯 chipotle and 🍪 cookies every now and again, assuming portions are controlled.
⠀⠀
😈 bottom line:
⠀⠀
👉🏼 the *best* foods for f*t loss are always the ones you can fit into your daily nutrition targets while eating mostly healthy foods along the way!
⠀⠀
✅ got it? if yes, comment “🍕”

What came first - the chicken or the egg? 🐓 really i love utilizing the whole chicken! ❤️ my favorite new thing is to cook a whole chicken in an instant pot. if you’re choosing between different parts, here’s a look at calories, protein & fat.
.
personally i think the chicken thigh is delicious and really underrated. breakdown below:
.
6 oz boneless, skinless chicken b****t - 186 calories, 39g protein, 2.1g fat
1 chicken drumstick with skin - 140 calories, 17g protein, 7.2g fat
1 chicken thigh - 206 calories, 28g protein, 10g fat
1 egg - 78 calories, 6.3g protein, 5.3g fat

Food tips for a healthy life
Have you been guilty of ending a night out with a street kebab❓is a kebab your go-to in the food court❓is a kebab your cheat meal❓did you know one kebab can equate to a full days worth of food😱 delicious food is great but often comes at a high caloric cost. when eating wisely and calorie consciously this can buy you more b**g for your calorie buck. the body recognises the food you eat as calories and macronutrients but not all food is equal in energy. more calorie dense foods are not forbidden but particularly when watching your weight and overall health they should be consumed in moderation. especially when dieting the key considerations are 1️⃣what your body needs 2️⃣how much of it and 3️⃣where to get it from that will both satisfy your preferences and keep you fuller for longer. ☑️it’s important to strike a balance between foods you love + overall good health + meeting your calorie and macro goals for results. ⚖️what you don’t have to do to achieve results is forgo foods you love, ✅ you can still sustain balance and moderation but just get more value for your calorie budget in the process. 🌯 soul food has a time and place and every now and again enjoying this at the expense of extra volume and nutritious foods is fine within a balanced diet. 🔑 however for overall good health and optimal body transformation success filling your day with 80% wholesome and nutrient dense foods and 20% soul food is a wiser more sustainable approach,
