this is the time of year as we head into the easter break and then it is the exam study time particularly for a-levels/gcse students📚
it can often be hard to stay focused and remember important information
amongst day-to-day stresses, whether it’s a presentation at work or this exam time revision, our brains can sometimes need a bit of help to stay focused
so for this week, a tip a day which i hope you will find helpful.... starting with a little mindful de-clutter (which i did over the weekend myself freeing up thinking to be really creative in thought)
if concentrating isn’t coming naturally, you can try training your brain one step at a time
start by eliminating distractions and focus on a single task for 30 minutes, then build up your ‘focus stamina’ over time ⏱️ regular meditation and reading can also help, so dig out that book you’ve always wanted to read 📖
