Big congrats to @cj_carroll9 this past saturday for getting a 32.5 kg squat pr from his last meet, almost exactly a year prior! 😱😱😱

Singles today at 380 on squats, followed by dubs with 250 on bench. nothing special, just trying to survive.

but also! today is the day for everyone to do drugs and compete legally!

1. dubs at 80% on squat. didn’t press my upper back into the bar as i came up, didn’t actively externally rotate my hips. you can see the results. .

2. bench trips at 250. my foot and upper back slipped, resulting in the struggle of that third rep. .
.
3. deadlift single today. ended up being more pitched forward and i didn’t know that until i watched the video, but you can see why it ended up being more difficult than it should’ve been. .

this meet is going to be either a pleasant or very unpleasant surprise 🤷‍♂️😂
