The power of attitude. “our lives are not determined by what happens to us, but how we react to what happens; not what life brings to us, but by the attitude we bring to life”. i can't express enough how the attitude you choose to have reflects the outcome of any situation. you can either let your emotions and aggression knock you down, or you can change your attitude and keep moving forward.
the only person you can ever hold accountable and control what you do in your life is your d**n self.
these past months i’ve been pushing past many boundaries and weights that i never thought i could lift or be capable to achieve. i felt stagnant, weak, not good enough in many occasions. it wasn’t until i started training consistently with @bigben205, when i started to really break past my plateaus.
he made me realize i was fully capable of anything i truly put my mind to do. he made me realize that i couldn’t always let my emotions get the best of me. he made me realize i had to surround myself with people that were actually going to uplift me and i had to let go of any toxicity weighing me down. he made me realize that you have to be the strongest even when you feel the most defeated. he continues to daily motivate, push, and remind me of these things. he brings out the love, happiness, and strength i needed to overcome.
he makes me want to be the best woman i can be. ❤️❤️❤️ so remember,
everyday is a new day for growth and transformation.
ultimately, if really want something you have to go out there and bust your b**t to get it.
