“you’ve got a foam roller? you’ve got a gym!”... πŸ˜… this vid is sped up. it actually took me a while to get up into those pikes 😡 knee tucks are a good alternative to the pike and you could try removing your hands to challenge your balance when lying long along the foam roller! ✌🏽
