everyone looks happy in this scenic setting but the reality is that to get the 3 of them on the ice for what lasted about 10 minutes was a complete disaster.
packing last year’s skates led to tears which led to cold hands and general unhappiness.
conclusion: we are not a skating family.
which got me thinking can your kids love both skiing and skating? or do mine just not care in the least bit about getting out on the ice because my husband and i don’t really like skating ourselves?
An emotional roller coaster of a show, this is us usually has me in tears on a weekly basis. and while this week was no different, it actually sparked a conversation in my home about a very important subject.
