let’s talk about feelings.
sometimes, i catch myself thinking about feelings. i mean, i wonder if they’re good or bad, i wonder why i feel a certain way, i wonder how i should feel...
but that, let me tell you, that is not feeling. that is thinking.
and feelings are feelings.
we feel feelings. not think feelings. otherwise we would call them thoughts. right?
what i’m trying to say is that we should never think that what we feel is wrong, strange, bad, something to avoid, to escape from.
feelings are feelings.
and i wanna feel more and think less.
feel the breeze, feel the sun, feel the wind... feel love, feel good. don’t want to overthink, don’t wanna think about what i should feel. and you shouldn’t do that either.
