going to the gym consistently has taught me a lesson that's easy to understand but can be hard to actually do. put in the work daily and eventually the results will come. it's pretty much been proven by anyone that's achieved anything but we can still get frustrated and impatient when things take long to to happen. but you always have to keep in your mind that if you show up and do the work the results will follow eventually.
