How many monkeys do you see in this picture? that’s right, river happily joined batman and timon in their enclosure so we now have a group of three monkeys!
socializing rhesus monkeys (putting them together in pairs or groups) can be a challenging process because of aggression and conflict, but this group has been doing phenomenal!
Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you and your family or friends would like to volunteer on the sanctuary land located near westfield, wi to put fencing in and build the enclosures on july 27, 28th, and 29th between 10 am and 3 pm. thank you in advance for your help! #dotheuprightthing#support#primate#retirement
From founder of primates inc: we have been called a 'dumping ground' for lab animals in the past... call it what you want, but ...who else is going to help them? we are still in our intense development phase but i cannot wait to help more of them. more labs and foundations need to be dedicated to providing funding, however, as it is expensive to provide top-notch care to the animals, yet the need to help them is definitely there. i'm still looking for a good answer of why the chimp act did not help all the primates at the time, as there are now app. 111,000 monkeys living in labs nationwide... but there's always room to help them now - rhesus monkeys are 97% like us 🙂 #lipsmackin#good#diet#giving#back#dotheuprightthing#support#monkey#retirementwww.primatesinc.com
