jammed myself up on a sloppy descent on 85, but managed to recover a bit and push through.
i was benching 6 days a week for the last year+, and reduced down to 3x/week after the arnold.
i was hitting 80+kgs pretty consistently before the arnold but it’s taken me the last 7 weeks to regain some consistency. i legit miss benching everyday though 😭
