#101 of 101 shades of ladakh
day 12 - kargil to jammu
location - just somewhere on the highway
when i started this, i had an idea that i'll post it like a daily blog; but as i reached halfway, i got a feeling that i should end this right. luckily for me, this picture was taken on the last day and although it should have been chronologically posted in the middle of yesterday's post, i held it back to today. it also means that i delayed ending this journey by a day for this one picture.
why did i do that? the simple reason for it is that this is my favourite picture of the whole experience. this is how the picture was taken; there's no filters or any editing; i haven't enhanced the image; i haven't sharpened or whatever photoshop can do. all i have done is remove the time stamp from a few of the photos i took with my canon because the time stamp was wrong.
this is unadulterated, untouched and a pure scene that we beheld in front of our eyes on the sixteenth of august of 2017. i do not remember the exact location of it, i apologise. but i have narrowed down to somewhere on the road between sonmerg and srinagar.
but this is it from me; i promised 101 shades of ladakh, and i think i have delivered. i enjoyed posting these pictures everyday and i hope that barring a couple of people, everyone enjoyed this. it's been over a month of posting pictures almost daily, and if you enjoyed it, please comment and let me know. like, comment, share; and please give me feedback. this was my first time doing something of this magnitude on instagram/facebook. if there's anything you think i should have done or should do, i'm always eager to learn.
