Got my @1stphorm athlete search swag in the mail on friday! what a cool company even a hand written card to go with it, i’m falling behind in my social media but to be perfectly honest it is the last of my priorities. yes, i want to motivate and yes, i want everyone to see my progress and keep me accountable but as a mom, a firefighter, a paramedic, a wife, and a person who is at the gym everyday keeping myself accountable and help others as i go sometimes my social media will falter. but here i am! this week was one of my daughter’s birthday, so we had cake and goodies on the day and then a sleepover party this weekend with more baking and junk food and goodies! with only being a few days from my photo shoot i have stayed clear of it while actually being the one cooking baking and providing it, how cool is that?! made sure i’m setting the fit lifestyle example and then making sure when they follow it i get them to the football game this morning and karate practice this afternoon! love days like today because i can see not only that what i do makes a difference for me but for my family and people around me! #iam1stphorm #1stphorm #legionofboom #1stphormathletesearch #bethe1 #wedothework #duespaid #emslife #emsfit #firefighter #firefighterfitness #swole #beast #beastmode #kickingass #motivated #mom

Well today was productive and successful, and i'm hoping my week continues the trend 🀞🏼

Sunday’s are when i like to take my rest days! it allows me to get myself set up for the week and catch up on any homework or studying i need to do! so no gym for me today, but here’s a couple of my staple back exercises!πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯
1.) barbell rows- i like to really emphasize the eccentric part of this movement, control the weight down and explode up.
2.) db chest supported rows- focus on pausing at the top of the movement and squeezing your back.
3.) zane rows- these are one of my favorites, the just allow a greater stretch in your lat due to the extended range of motion! ——————————————-

My current stack is primarily 1st phorm for the exception of my oregano oil (natural antibiotic) & my turmeric (antioxidants) a natural anti inflammatory. those 2 work well for me. 1st phorm better step it up lol. but to be fair 1st phorm’s full - mega helps with inflation & 1stphorm micro factor helps with the immune support. we can say they did step it up 🀷🏻‍♂️. i will keep you guys posted on my review. you guys know me i keep it real. like i always say my progress speaks for it self. and if the product sucks my joints and old injuries will let me know really quick lol 😝. #noexcuses #1stphorm #iam1stphorm #legionofboom #🀨πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ”₯
