So....... are you really fueling your body? 🤪 i actually tend to not get enough protein unless i’m really focused on hitting my #macros here’s my crazy crazy protein protein german chocolate pancake with sweet potatoes (i was dreaming about whipped cream on top) but it was soooo good just like that! ❤️ eggs on the side & i’m ready for the day! make sure your getting proper nutrients for you to fuel & energize your body. it’s a lot work, but a litttle focus will get you there!

We all have our struggles! i personally am grateful for mine. that doesn’t mean i haven’t cried over them or gotten upset, i just choose to not let them control me. i wasn’t always this way, i used to let my problems and worries consume me. in the moment it’s hard not to. but in retrospect, some of my biggest struggles were necessary to make me who i am today. you and only you are in control of your life. how will you live it?
