strong brewed coffee

cashew milk
whipped cream/cinnamon (optional!) -
directions:
brew coffee
add ¼ cup cashew milk
½ scoop level 1 or you can do full scoop
stir stir stir ( i personally use an electric hand held milk frother- got it on amazon!)
voila
96 calories!
macros: 4 carb/ 3fat/ 14 protein (only 2 sugar!) .
compared to sb grande pls- 52carb/ 14fat/ 14 protein (50 sugar!)

-1 cup dannon triple zero vanilla
-1 scoop level-1 (i used my fave ice cream sandwich)
-8g pudding mix (i used f*t free sugar free)
-1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla cashew milk .
.
mix it all up and freeze for at least 4 hours. mine made 4 pops. nutrition for 1/4 the recipe:
80 calories, 7g carbs (3g fiber), 1g fat, 10g protein.

I don't have a big sweet tooth but the weakness for pumpkin spice anything is real!! i've die and gone to pumpkin spice latte heaven with the new level-1 protein from @1stphorm.

this protein taste exactly like the psl from starbucks. however, this pumpkin spice latte has 25 grams of protein, 5 grams of bcaa, and only 2 grams of sugar!
tonight i went with some psl protein balls.
1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 cup pumpkin spice latte level-1
1/2 cup almond butter or (regular peanut butter if you preferred)
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup white chocolate chips ( you can use cranberries instead, i'm just allergic to them🀭) put on parchment paper
place in refrigerator for 1 hour
this recipe will make about 20 protein balls

As a runner i'm very familiar with the big names in running nutrition and have tried lots of different products during races and long runs. the energy chews and gels are very convenient to take while running, but i never felt like any of them really gave me a significant boost of energy.

thank goodness for alphacre πŸ™Œ

i used alphacre during my first ultramarathon and could really feel an increase in my energy level. so i wanted to create my own energy chew (that would actually work πŸ˜‰).

alphacre energy chews:
1. boil 8 oz of water in a small saucepan
2. once the water starts boiling, lower to medium heat and slowly incorporate 1 packet of unflavored gelatin
3. after the gelatin has fully dissolved, add 1.5 scoops of alphacre and mix thoroughly
4. pour the mixture into your favorite mold and allow to set and solidify in the refrigerator (about 20 minutes)
5. last but not least, take before/during your workout and get ready to kick some a*s 😎

Chocolate chip cookie sandwiches:
ingredients:
- ¾ cup ghee or smart butter
- ¾ cup coconut sugar
- ¼ cup truvia
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla
- ½ scoop @1stphorm ice cream sandwich protein powder
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup chocolate chunks
- ¼ cup dollops peanut butter cookie dough frosting
directions:
1. preheat oven to 350
2. mix all ingredients together except for dollop frosting.
3. once cookie dough is mixed, chill for 10 minutes in fridge.
4. lay parchment paper on cookie sheet and place spoon sized amounts down.
5. bake for 10 minutes
6. let cool and ice to make sandwiches.

Kodiak cakes brownie mix meets @1stphorm level-1 for some macro-friendly brownies! this recipe comes mostly from the box of brownie mix but i added extra protein! macro count is approximate: 12 brownies made - 6g f, 28.5g c and 12g p.
mix 1 box of kodiak cakes brownie mix, 2 scoops of milk chocolate level-1, 1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce + ~ 1 tablespoon, 2 tablespoons extra v****n olive oil, 3 tablespoons of water, and 2 whole eggs.

•1/2 cup of pumpkin purée •1 scoop of level 1 pumpkin spice latte

•optional: white chocolate chips😬 .

directions
1.preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray baking dish with non stick spray
2.in a large bowl mix together all ingredients (you can use a mixer or mix by hand the old fashioned way like i did)
3.spread batter evenly and bake for 12-15 minutes. brownies should puff up some! let cool and stick in the refrigerator for an hour (they taste better chilled!)

what you need:

6 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 🍫
1/2 cup german chocolate cake @1stphorm protein powder
1 1/2 cups coconut flour flour
1/2 cup stevia
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
2 large eggs 🍳
1 cup coconut or almond milk
1/2 cup almond or peanut butter
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
.
how to prepare:
.
-preheat oven to 400 degrees f
-line muffin tins with cupcake liners or spray with nonstick cooking spray
-in a large mixing bowl, combine cocoa powder, protein powder, flour, stevia, baking powder and baking soda
-mix in eggs, nut milk, peanut butter, vanilla and coconut oil until well combined
-fill each cupcake liner 2/3 of the way full or use a large cookie scoop to place batter in cups
-sprinkle a few chocolate chips on top of each muffin before baking
-bake for 15 minutes or until set in the center
-let cool and then top with *optional* peanut butter as frosting!🍯

-1 serving (8 grams) jell-o chocolate pudding mix

-1/4 cup frozen blueberries

3. 1 cup pumpkin spice latte protein (i use level 1 protein)

2. 1 stick or 8 tablespoons grassfed butter

1. preheat oven to 350f and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. in a large bowl mix together the wet ingredients. in a separate bowl mix together the dry ingredients. mix the dry ingredients into the wet.
3. batter is sticky! use a tablespoon to drop batter 2 inches apart onto cookie sheet (use parchment paper). bake for 10-11 mins. cookies should be puffy. let cool.
