Yes mother’s days has past but let’s not allow attention for the source of life to continue to be neglected.
a nourished mother is a wellspring for the family that ripples out into homes, the community, schools, works spaces, etc
we need her to prioritize her needs and time for self-care. but we all know so many mothers put everyone else’s needs before their own.
we all know these kind of mamas but they don’t tend to allow themselves a workshop like this.
encouragement to take take space and support for themselves goes a long way.
please encourage these mamas to take this opportunity of space and support for themselves.
maybe even gift them this mini-retreat?
i feel blessed to co-facilitate a live workshop with marriage/family and expressive arts therapist karina colliat on june 9th in a beautiful space in the east bay.
our intention is to provide effective and fun tools that will shave off hours of mental, emotional and relational chaos resulting in more time, energy, clarity and harmony inside and out.

We have started collecting memberships all around town, many end up paying for themselves in as few as two visits. so we keep buying them knowing our support helps the community as a whole, plus it keeps us busy exploring the areas around us. our most recent is the @oaklandzoo, the kids had a fun day learning, playing and searching for animals, they can’t wait to return once the california trail expansion opens this summer. the views of the san francisco bay from atop the oakland zoo are one of the best this side of the bay bridge. do you have numerous memberships? what’s your favorite or where would you love to have one?
Did you do anything fun this weekend?
we spent saturday at maker faire riding crazy bikes, blowing giant bubbles, dancing with robots, making and launching paper rockets, playing giant tetris, and watching flames shoot out of the most amazing vehicles you’ve ever seen. it sure was fun!
all the pics are up on the blog!
have you been to maker faire before? this was our 6th time and it was just as amazing as our first visit. can’t wait for next year!
Monday funday means it’s time to take a shot (or more 🤷🏽♀️) of whatever gets you going. flashback to the fabulous time we had at the princess project gala that puts prom dresses in the hands of students who can’t afford to go. keep an eye out this blog will be up soon!
