This time #pancakeday 🥞welcomed us with something slightly different than round and colorful pancakes. since we had two weeks in a row of savoury versions, the time came to make something sweet. so we present to you delicious and not overly sweet banana waffles 🍌💞 and since we still don't have time to start a blog with our recipes, we decided to share some of them here 😊
200 g millet flour
50 g potato starch
1tbs coconut oil (plus additional oil to brush waffle maker)
80 g coconut milk
salt (just a pinch)
separate egg whites from egg yolks. whip egg whites with salt. blend rest of the ingredients with immersion blender. then mix it gently into egg whites foam.
warm up the waffle maker and brush it with oil. put on 2-3 tablespoons of dough and bake it for about 2 minutes or to get a golden-brown color.
serve with maple syrup, dates and cashew nuts or every other goodies that you have in mind 😉
