Hi everyone! 🍁 i haven't posted in a while cause life and work have both been crazy lately but i finally found some time to share something today ❤️ i made this gouache palette, which i showed in my stories and a lot of people had questions so i thought i'd give you some info here on how i did this : i wanted to have a way to use gouache when drawing outside that didn't require mixing (because it takes a lot of time to mix paint). so i bought two winsor & newton sketchers pocket boxes and i took the watercolors out of their pans (and stored them in a box for another time). then i mixed winsor & newton gouache in a big palette. i created 24 colors that i thought i would need when drawing outside. i mixed some pastels, some mid tones and some darker colors so i can create values. i then put those colors into the 24 pans (12 from each box) using a palette knife. i put the 12 pans in their original place and stuck the additional 12 on the mixing area of the box so i could have them all in one box. the paints have now almost fully dried so with a semi wet brush it's super easy to use. so far i'm very happy with the selection of colors, the only disadvantage is that the box doesn't fully close, so i have that to figure out still. i'm waiting for it to stop raining so i can go paint outside 😶 i'll update you on how this works for me soon. hope this is helpful to the people that asked 😊❤️

Killed it training back and arms yesterday with @nickademasfit ! back workout shown. 💪 did 6 sets of pull ups for 5 variations, 16 sets of pull downs for 4 variations, 6 sets of shrugs on the shrug machine, 5 sets on the low row hammer strength machine, 4 sets of standing bicep grip concentration rows, and 5 sets of 20-25 of concentration shrugs with the 45. 🤘 my whole back is killing me but in a good way. 😅
