this was the my best prep with @_cutz_ by far.
we really didn’t need to make many changes throughout the entire process. this being our 3rd prep together, he really knows my body by now and that became very clear.
i listen to every single word ariel tells me, to the oz or gram. no questions asked. (okay maybe a few here & there😂) but for real, i put my full trust in him and he always delivers.
progression is a process.
respect and trust the process.
sometimes it’s 3 steps forward, 1 step back. you must stay focused on the big picture or end goal.
rely on discipline; the ability to delay gratification. nowadays, everybody wants to see results immediately, instant gratification.

Little gym/life update as i haven't been posting as much as i use to in the past. first and foremost i am feeling f*****g great and very happy with what i am doing at the moment and what i think the future holds for me! 🙌🏼🙏🏼 -
sooo gym wise, i have been feeling very strong, ton of energy (on days i remember to eat, i'll explain more down below) with training 6 days a week and going to hot yoga/ fitness classes 4-5 times a week and gosh d****t i am seeing major changes not only physically but mentally! 👊🏼💪🏼🧠🙌🏼 -
i have going to @oxygenyogaregina for about 2 months now! (if y'all live in regina, highly recommend trying out one of their classes! 👌🏼) so like i said i am trying to go 5x a week but my schedule is pretty hectic some weeks which only allows me to go 4x, i try to go to 2 of the morning classes, which are the more fitness/ cardio (hiit) training classes and let me tell you, it is f*****g intense and challenging but in a very good way! than i go to 3x at night for the hot yoga class and it is absolutely beautiful! 💓 i feel so relaxed after and ready for bed, not to mention, i am more flexible as well! -
-next i want to talk about my eating habits! i have switch to high fat, moderate protein and low carb, yes keto! 🙌🏼 and let me tell you i feel f*****g awesome! yes it is hard switching to it because if you know me, i love my sweets, pizza, pancakes and fruit but that's one reason to why i am doing it, to create more discipline in my life! 👊🏼😈 so why exactly am i doing the keto lifestyle? • i love eating big meals and for me, eating a big meal full of carbs wasn't cutting it! i would always feel tired and unfocused. • i love the feeling of feeling full all the time but the weird thing is i never bloat and i feel tight even though i am bulking! • i love eating red meats and high fatty foods (the healthy kinds obviously!). • another reason is the cognitive function and alertness!
