Good evening. you know i’m a fan of @nuovopasta gnocchi so this time i tried their gluten free sweet potato gnocchi and it’s a bowlful of comforting bliss. tossed in a little avocado oil with steamed peas, sautéed asparagus and mushrooms and seasoned with sea salt and black pepper. i topped it with toasted almonds, parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. it was amazing. you can find @nuovopasta gluten free gnocchi at whole foods. have a great night. #nuovopasta #zestmylemon #comfortfood
