se há coisa que sempre odiei foi deitar comida fora. tento sempre inventar receitas em que possa utilizar os mais variados ingredientes, para não desperdiçar.

numa altura em que tinha uma quantidade generosa de chuchu, decidi inventar um pouco, lembrando-me de um prato que a minha mãe fazia com m***a e carne quando eu era criança. ela fez também uma versão com soja em vez da carne (também se tornou adepta de uma alimentação mais consciente… i’m so proud!), que me deu algumas ideias. passou a ser uma confort food cá em casa. é fácil de fazer, e é versátil, podendo adaptar-se os legumes utilizados. também fica bem com couscous em vez de massa.
๐Ÿฝ๏ธ: cerca de 5 doses
โฒ๏ธ: cerca de 30 minutos
ingredientes
-massa que preferires, cozida. da última vez utilizei duas diferentes para aproveitar o que sobrou de refeições anteriores
- 2 chávenas de proteína de soja grossa, deixada em água ou leite de soja durante pelo menos 30 minutos, escorrida
-meio pimento verde
-meio pimento vermelho
-1 chuchu cortados aos bocadinhos
-molho de tomate a gosto
-2 dentes de alho, picados
-meia cebola picada
-pitada de sal
-1 folha de louro
-pimenta preta a gosto
-sementes de mostarda a gosto
-azeite para o refogado

preparação
-depois de escorrida, coloca a soja em água a ferver durante 10 minutos. escorre novamente
-ao mesmo tempo, faz um refogado com um fio de azeite, o alho e a cebola, e quando a cebola começar a ficar dourada, junta os pimentos
-deixa cozinhar por 5 minutos em lume médio depois, adiciona o chuchu, e deixa cozinhar mais 5 minutos
-adiciona o molho de tomate e a folha de louro.
-quando os legumes estiverem quase cozidos, adiciona a soja e mistura bem. se o molho engrossar muito, podes adicionar água aos poucos até obteres consistência desejada.
-tempera com o sal, a pimenta e as sementes de mostarda
-deixa a refogar em lume brando durante 5-7 minutos
-junta à m***a previamente cozida, mistura tudo. e está pronto ๐Ÿ˜Š

segundo dia - deixa na claridade, mas sem água, só molhe uma vez no dia
terceiro dia - moyashi e trigo germinando !!!!!!!
aveia tá preguiçosa......
na germinação é onde a semente está em sua maior energia ! gerando vida !!! o trigo eu faço suco (mais tarde mostro), e o feijão, coloco na salada...... maravilhoso !

Coriander is a tropical crop and can be successfully cultivated as a rabi season crop in an area free from severe frost during february when the crop flowers and sets its seeds.
cineole, one of the 11 components of the essential oils, and linoleic acid are both present in coriander, and they possess antirheumatic and antiarthritic properties. 
the disinfectant, detoxifying, antiseptic, antifungal, and antioxidant properties of coriander are ideal for clearing up skin disorders such as eczema, dryness, and fungal infections.
citronellol, a component of essential oils in coriander, is an excellent antiseptic. additionally, other components have antimicrobial and healing effects which keep wounds and ulcers in the mouth from worsening.
