you’ll notice that i always put my core exercises into a circuit🔄 i love throwing my favorites together and including exercises that will help to stabilize, build strength, and build up your abdominals all at the same time! triple whammy💥plus you can get in a very efficient and effective core workout that will have your abs toast 🔥🍞
throw this in at the end of a lift, do it at home, or tag gym b***s to push ya through👯♀️💕
go through each exercise back to back! 5 rounds with minimal rest between rounds🙏🏻
1️⃣ in and out crunches, 15 reps (keep lower back squeezed onto the ground, and lift upper back slightly off the ground as your legs come into your body.) .
2️⃣single leg v-ups, 10 reps each leg (use your core to being you up, rather than kicking your leg to give you momentum)
3️⃣plank up downs to opposite hand to toe tap, 10 reps (ohh baby this burnssss esp. after shoulders. lol hands start on dbs then you will drop to your hands touching opposite foot to hand. minimal movement in body means your keep core engaged and activated.) .
4️⃣ flutter kicks, 20 reps (squeeze your lower back into the ground, bracing your core)
5️⃣ 90 degree leg lifts, 20 reps (keep back flat on the ground, lift toes keeping a 90 degree angle with legs then tap toes back down.) .
