Resistance was low today when asked if i fancied coffee and cake🍰 and i caved just a little bit! shared a slice with my 3 year old so not so bad. also had a mocha ☕ though which wasn't exactly healthy 😬 it didn't send me off the rails though as i was fully on plan the rest of the day so feeling okay about it! ***
