il faut parfois s’adapter sur certaines machines pour réussir à avoir deux fois plus de sensations 😉, c’est le cas aujourd’hui avec ce rowing machine que je n’aime pas du tout en terme de ressenti. bien évidemment c’est propre à chacun mais je vous conseil quand même de tester 😉.

rajouter un step, pour pouvoir mettre le buste en avant, avoir un meilleur étirement grâce à une rotation du step, et avoir une trajectoire beaucoup plus intéressante dans mon cas 💪🏻.

im laufe des trainings ist es völlig normal, dass sich eine seite des muskels besser/stärker ausprägt als die andere, da wir meistens bei schwereren übungen zb rudern eine seite unbewusst mehr beanspruchen.
übungen, bei der wir eine seite zur zeit bearbeiten können da dem muskelungleichgewicht entgegenwirken! ✨💪🏻
komischerweise ist mein linker lat stärker als mein rechter 🤦🏻‍♀️ welche ist es bei euch!??

Don’t sleep on high handle trap bar deadlifts, they’re one of the best overall exercises you can do and have been a huge part of my own and my athletes programs since 2011. here are some tips for this m**o of an exercise 👇
• can be done in place of regular deadlifts
• higher reps (12-15) will help pack on muscle everywhere
• are much easier to recover from in terms of total system stress compared to straight bar pulls
• easier on people with iffy backs, making it a great pull exercise for a lot of people
• will help build your squat and your dead, great b**g for your buck
• easy to learn
• can be done after squats or deads as a supplemental movement
• allows you to overload your muscles with the high handles compared to conventional or low handle options.
• great for tall athletes
• amazing for beginners for overall positioning and strengthening.
👉 give them a try for your next cycle, you won’t be disappointed.

ist routine der schlüssel 🔑 zum erfolg ? ich würde sagen - ja ! oft merke ich wie wichtig es ist eine gewisse routine und planung vorzunehmen um etwas zu erreichen. daran scheitern allerdings schon die meisten. den eine routine führst du nicht ein paar tage oder wochen aus, sondern wenn es geht mehrere jahre oder sogar ein ganzes leben. vorteil hierbei ist, dass du deine ziele viel besser anvisieren kannst und du kontinuierliches an diesen zielen arbeitest. viele erfolgreiche menschen üben individuelle routinen aus. der sport ist zu meinem “leben” geworden und gehört einfach dazu. das heißt aber nicht das 24/7 im studio verbringe. das ist vollkommen überzogen und ist meist ein vorurteil gegenüber ambitionierten sportlern. es heißt das ich meine leidenschaft gefunden habe und diese routiniert durchführe. das ist der grund weswegen ich heute sagen kann, das ich genau in dieser sekunde die beste version von mir selber bin. sportlich, geistig aber auch seelisch. momentan versuche ich mich an einer morgen-routine, aber da werde ich explizit noch einmal ein post erstellen, weil es zum diesem thema ein buch gibt, was meiner meinung nach der heilige gral zur glückseligkeit ist. viele kennen es bereits #miraclemorning coach: @dynamitelifter ———————————————————————————

‼️top tips for pull ups‼️

pull ups are an amazing exercise for developing the muscles in your back, however they are very difficult and most gym goers will struggle to even do 1 rep.
-
here are my top tips on how to improve your pull ups 💪🏻:
-
✔️practice by using a resistance band or by using an assisted pull up machine (as seen in the video).
✔️build the muscles in your back by doing other exercises; lat pull down, horizontal rows etc..
✔️if you have a high % of body fat, work in reducing that first of all, the more weight you’re carrying the harder it is to pull it up!
✔️focus on the muscles in the back, most people tend to try and over use their arms in a pull up. concentrate on the lats!
✔️make sure your elbows are being brought down to your side as you pull up and also try to squeeze them inward to activate your lats more.
✔️practise practise practise! the more you practise the better you’ll get 👍🏻

A barn door back not only looks cool, but a stronger back means stronger lifts. you don’t need anything fancy to build a big back. deadlifts build your entire posterior chain & upper back musculature. when training deadlifts for back, i like them at the start of the session. rack pulls, block pulls, & trap bar deadlifts are also great & generally more low back friendly.

horizontal pulls, like rows are great for developing lat/upper back thickness & strength. personally, i’ve found that my upper back recovers faster than my lower back & responds well to frequent training. i like chest supported row variations so i can train my upper back more often without stressing my low back. try different variations & attack your back with rows from different angles.

bodybuilders have been doing chin-ups & pulldown variations for ages to build their lats & develop a stronger, wider back. chin-ups are my personal favorite, as well as legendary strength coach, @strengthsensei1 who refers to them as “the upper body squat” — squats being the “king of all exercises”.

deadlifts & rows are great trap builders. but if you want a monster set of traps, include direct training. simple, old-school muscle building movements work! shrugs of all kinds & farmer’s walks are staples in many big lifters routines. a favorite of renowned strength coach, @jailhousestrong is supersetting barbell shrugs with farmer’s walks, using straps on both exercises while going as heavy as possible.
