delicious banana-raspberry bread
1 ripe banana
5-7 raspberries (frozen or fresh)
1/3 cup oil (coconut/canola or olive)
1 tbs tahini
1 tbs coconut sugar
2 tbs maple syrup (less or more if desired)
1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
1/2 cup whole spelt flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
stir wet well (except raspberries), add dry, stir just till mixed. add raspberries and stir just a bit (to keep them whole). pour mixture into loaf pan and bake in preheated oven (180c, 360f) for approx. 30-40 min. . . . .
