Banana muffins made with @moroworld olive oil! i made these using my banana bread recipe but into muffins instead 💁🏼♀️ recipe on the blog!
i use extra v****n olive oil in all of my baked goods, including these banana muffins. because those who know, use moro 😉
fun fact - extra v****n olive oil has a smoke point ranging from 120°c–210°c, making it a great oil to cook with. it’s also a natural oil and not refined or extracted using chemicals or heat. this means it’s high in natural antioxidants and healthy fats, also making it a great oil to drizzle over salads!
