Med ball work!!
yesterday i was able to learn the meaning and reason behind movements i’ve picked up over the years but never knew why. why do these movements work, what’s the point in doing them? your med ball work should include movements of your specific sport/position. this is a figure 8 shot-put throw and a split-stance anti-rotation med ball scoop toss. it’s a mouthful but it works. •
an example of what i mean is in the first part of the video on the shot-put throws if you just look at my lower half it’s the same motion as if i were pitching. the important part is high intent and exploding through your release or as @arroyosportsperformance says “try break the med ball”. •
