Tonight #workout ended up being more of a recovery one. not only am i sore, but aerobically i just didn't have much in me 🤷🏼♀️ also i think the impact of outdoor #running is starting to affect me more, since my feet and ankles keep clicking in the joints and my #calves are really tight 😬
i started using #elliptical hoping for 1 hr at a steady-state. however it was making my left calf more aggravated and my body was just telling me to give my calves a break.
after 10 min i switched to #biking which i rarely do since i am not a fan of sitting that long. but that's the only #cardio#exercise in the #gym that doesn't involve calves 🤷🏼♀️ 13 mins at a steady-state then i was burnt out. 😂
50 mile road ride today. ct to ma back to ct. the largest weapon we all possess is mental strength everything revolves around how you think if you're afraid of words your weak minded if you're afraid of other people and their opinions you're weak minded, if your afraid of a challenge your weak minded. fix that mind set and get after it!
