glutes are the strongest muscles you have, but they are also the most lazy and stubborn bastards! 🙄
you really need to make sure they are activated before you actually start your leg/glute training.
1. hip mobility and stretching
2. kickbacks, hip thrusts and all the "fit ig bunny chicks exercises" yup, they will help!
3. squeeze, squeeze, squeeze... like non stop; when you're brushing your teeth, when you're cooking or when checking my ig 😏
