Of all the french 🇫🇷 wine appellations, i can’t help it: i love #chablis about as much as any at the moment. these two wines show both sides of this region: the roland lavantureux chablis is sharp, focused, juicy, and a little bit tart but oh-so-easy on the palate; the 1er cru vaillons from william fevre is rich, golden in its aromas, creamy, complex, yet also oh-so-easy on the palate. chablis doesn’t ask much of you, but it offers plenty on its own. i like that. no, check that: i love that about chablis.
