(for those of you who follow my stories, you know!). this smoothie ain’t just your average joe smoothie. it also isn’t just packed with some fruit and yogurt and juice. this smoothie means business👔💼. and by that i mean you’re not gonna get some “i’m hungry 45 minutes after eating this” nonsense. you’re gonna get a jam-packed, nutrient dense blend that powers you through the morning and well into lunchtime, with an amazing balance of fibre, protein, and healthy fats. so, without further ado, here’s my go-to recipe: • 1 cup water (or @lovemysilk unsweetened almond milk, whatever i’ve got on hand!) • 1 large handful spinach • 1 scoop vanilla protein (i love using @kaizencanada whey!) • 1/2 frozen banana • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower (trust me, it’s good! adds thickness and creaminess without all the sugars from fruit) • 1/4 cup oatmeal • 1 tbsp h**p seed (i love my @manitobaharvest h**p hearts) • 1 tsp greens powder (which is a combination of spirulina, chlorella, wheatgrass, and probiotics) • 1/2 tsp cinnamon • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder • optional: 1/2 tsp maca, 1/2 tsp ashwaghanda blend blend blend and enjoy! happy weekend friends 😘😘😘 - - - #committofit #committobefit #committofitkelsey #cleaneats #cleaneating #wellness #smoothie #breakfastsmoothie #eatyourgreens #greengoodness #smoothieporn #smoothiebowl #healthyeating #balancedeating #balanceddiet #flexitarian #breakfast #smoothierecipe #fitnesspageforall #dailyroutine #flexitarian #nourishment #coloryourplate #colorfulfoodie #dailymotivators #tgif
