I always love trying new ingredients, and made amaranth porridge for the first time last week. made this one with some hazelnut milk from @innocent (which is so good btw). it is a little more involved compared to overnight oats as it requires cooking on the stove - believe me, i tried the overnight oats method and it didn’t get soft enough! 🤣 really like the nuttiness of it, and i will definitely make this again with different flavour combinations. oh, the possibilities.
