Good morning! i’m loving this diffuser blend this morning! it’s so fresh & bright!
throw these 3 oils in your diffuser to feel uplifted, happy and refreshed. the breathe will open up your airways and remind you to breathe deeply and consistently - this is a great blend to use during a morning workout, before you go outside for a walk, or just while you’re going through your busy morning. mornings here can be chaotic, so we all need a little sunshine and clear breathing in our diffuser as we’re getting ready 😊 and i can’t wait until our weather warms up just a bit here in utah, so i can start getting outside every morning. a morning walk + citrus and breathe oils = pure invigoration!
note: if you don’t have bergamot yet, you could substitute lemon or even citrus bliss 👍🏻
have a wonderful monday!
Not sure if you can really tell how hard i worked today, evidenced by the sweat, and with a weight workout - thanks to the rep effect. week 4 day 1 and first time with pump and shred for this round. two extra sets added in and holy moly was the sweat dripping on the lunges track. but that feels amazing. last week of school before spring break. hoping that keeps me in a great mood all week. plus, it happens to be my birthday week!
⛰ “it’s a beautiful thing to have lungs that let you breathe air and legs to let you climb mountains and it’s a shame that sometimes we don’t realise that’s enough”. ⛰
much straighter than last year! ✌🏻 #progress#doepicshit
Here is what we tried to clean the floors today:
5 drops pine
5 drops lemon
1 capful thieves cleaner
1 cup olive oil
fill the rest with water.
helps the floors to smell great and have a marvelous shine, but no chemicals. and that is a great thing because our bulldog kept trying to drink the mop water. silly dog. if that had been a chemical filled cleaner we would have been calling an emergency vet to be safe.
have you tried cleaning with toxin free cleaners yet?
So after doing some reading i discovered that there are more than 700 varieties of eucalyptus! i scooped some up from the floral department the other day and decided to do a little experiment just to see if i could extract some color. sure enough i was able but so surprised but the vibrant green that imprinted the fabric rather than the expected orange or red hence my discovery of the many varieties, some in which don't even release dye. although i extracted some color, this medium is definitely not one that is a sustainable source so i think i'll be hanging the rest of my bundle in the shower to help with these pesky allergies! breathe free, my friends ✌🏼💚🌱
