littleyogawanderer Hey food lovers πŸ™‹β€οΈ if your anything like me, you have already started christmas feasting 😜 i started on november 1st with a packet of mince pies 😊 and well... i haven't stopped eating! food, yoga, travel and nature... my biggest passions in life, and they all equally give me the same amount of pleasure. so given i think about food 99.9% of the time and i'm constantly eating i've had to make healthy pudding recipes to help with my sweet tooth. so here is this deliciously nutritious packed full of goodness chia pudding recipe. - 1 cup coconut & almond milk (dairy free) - 1/2 cup of coconut yoghurt - 1/2 cup of almond yoghurt - 2 tablespoons datesyrup (you can use honey/maple syrup ) - 1 teaspoon natural vanilla extract - 1/8 teaspoon himalayan salt (use any salt) - 1/4 cup chia seeds - strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, dutch red currents for the top (use whatever fruit u like) - pomegranate (optional) directions -medium bowl, stir the milk, yoghurt, date syrup, vanilla and salt. - add the chia seeds and stir well. - let stand for 30 minutes - cover the bowl, place in fridge and leave over night. - next day, distribute into glasses (this recipe makes x4) - blend raspberries & pomegranate in nutribullet to make syrup - add fresh fruit, a dollop of coconut yogurt and honey as easy as that!! literally takes max 10 minutes prepping time! chia seeds are a great source of omega 3 fatty acids, fibre, antioxidants, iron and calcium. berries are amazing for your digestive system, packed full of antioxidants, vitamin c, fibre, magnesium, quercetin and gallic acid that fight against cancer, and they lower cholesterol. try this recipe and tag me #littleyogawanderer my fiancé loved it and gave it a 10/10 😜πŸ’ͺπŸ»πŸ’β˜ΊοΈ . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . #foodporn #food #foodie #chiapudding #foodlover #healthyoptions #healthyliving #berries #getinmybelly #wellness #fitfam #christmas #bristol #ukfitfam #irishfitfam #irishblogger #yoga #natureaddict #yogalove #yogajourney #healthymind #healthyfood #vegetarian #plantbased #wholefoods #eatclean #instafood #travelblogger #healthylifestyle
