Packed with the vitamin a, vitamin c and calcium. this dish is a healthy and common food asians eat. i simply sauteed these ingredients (swipe left) with cooking olive oil and added some salt to taste. did not steam the veggies because i wanted the cruchiness intact. .

the white looking paste is a blend of garlic and onion. you can be generous on this part if you like a strong flavour in your dish. i also added two deseeded dried chillies just for that tinge of spiciness. as you may notice, the chillies are sliced in a size you can not ignore it. simply because you can remove it if you don't want to eat the chilli. super easy and a must to try in the kitchen. .
