One of the best parts of being home from vacation is definitely being back in the kitchen and cooking my own meals. today i'm brunching on this one pan meal - russets, broccoli, tomatoes, and pasture raised eggs all topped with a sprinkle of cheddar.
I was craving veggie loaded pasta today and this happened 💁🏼♀️here i have some fusilli with roasted broccoli, butternut squash (pumpkin?), carrots, corn + olives + ketchup (best condiment evahhh 🙌🏻) + nooch (smothered in it post photo ofc) + a wee bit of sriracha cuz this thing is hella spicy 😂
feeling a lot better today although i have a strange small tongue wound and it’s really unpleasant to eat hot, spicy, salty, etc. food, which is an uphill struggle because i don’t like bland food at all - i love my spices and condiments 🙄 hope it heals soon because i want to eat my yummy food 🍝
Hubby wouldn’t do the cleanse with me, but he has agreed to take salad to work for lunch. i’m pretty excited! i have never made these before, but they look delish! when i can eat again, i’m going to make me some too! #hesaidyes
