The brown sugar hype is real!!!!!! ✨ in the past week we tried several different places offering brown sugar milk/latte. our conclusion — best brown sugar milk is still the one from yi fang!!! their fruit teas are also 💣 (but, their drinks are on the pricier side 😕)
btw how are there so many new yi fang locations opening up? other than their existing dt/richmond locations, we saw at least 4 new ones under construction while we were driving around - on kingsway, cambie, granville, and in kerrisdale.. 😮 truly a bbt boom has hit vancouver
📸: brown sugar milk (available at 3pm and 7pm daily) & yi fang signature fruit tea
My current addiction- brown sugar. who else is an addict for brown sugar bubbletea? i’m a huge fan eversince i came back from taiwan. and this one here comes with creme brûlée top, a thin sugar crust torched on top of the fresh milk that gives a light crunch as u drink. remember to stir well before drinking, if not you’ll end up drinking the fresh milk on top and the brown sugar at the bottom. under the same umbrella of @rbteasg. for those who have not caught on the brown sugar fever, where have you been?
In honor of b****t cancer awareness month, here are five guidelines to help reduce the risk of b****t cancer and learn how to detect it early:
maintain a healthy weight.
eating whole, non-processed foods and avoiding sugary drinks can help with this.
get more physical activity, no matter what your weight is.
physical activity offers many health benefits, including helping lower one’s b****t cancer risk.
breastfeeding your baby may protect you against some types of b****t cancer. even if you can’t breastfeed exclusively, breastfeeding still has benefits.
drinking alcohol can increase the risk for b****t cancer.
a mammogram can help find b****t cancer early when it is or treatable. if you are 40 years or older, talk to your health care provider about the best time for you to get a mammogram. if you have a family history of b****t cancer, talk to your health care provider before the age of 40.
Good sunday morning! yesterday i had the pleasure of participating in this i-arise weekend event, held at zoe ministries church, in nyc. i chose to speak about nutrition, holistic health and wellness and how these all tie into b****t cancer awareness. have you gotten your yearly mammogram yet?
