my client had one month rootage grow out, so i added in babylights for depth, color melted for longevity, and gave her a soft blunt cut with beachy waves to finish it off!

Please tag a friend. there is more strength in numbers: honestly, do your shears really come back to you with pristine edges and perform 100% like new or even better after servicing? please hold shear integrity to the highest standards. vet and scrutinize your sharpeners more carefully. make the sharpener take before and after photos of your scissors being serviced and email for your visual record. stop paying cash and get a detailed receipt. immediately inspect the first sharpened scissors to the blades on a new shear before risking any further damages. do this with every scissor being serviced. what better proof and protection when incredibly most scissors worldwide never look and perform the same after sharpening! in a service that requires precision and accuracy anything less is inexcusable and unacceptable. what you put up with you end up with!

We all know the color it appears in the bottle/ bowl is not always the finished color. knowing the undertones and the chemistry is essential to the coloring process! @rebeccataylorhair πŸ’™πŸ’–πŸ’šπŸ’œ

For serious minded stylists: please read and research the following in the spirit in which it was intended and make your own conclusions. shear integity does not wish to malign honest and reputable scissor vendors and sharpeners. shear integity also does not want to perpetuate or be part of the problem. in a service that requires and demands precision and accuracy less than 5% of sharpening's is done correctly. this practice is inexcusable and unacceptable! incredibly the very same vendors and sharpeners that sold your shears are returning them with shoddy edges after servicing! a single unqualified vendor/sharpener can be responsible for countless thousands of scissor fails. simply compare your sharpened edges immediately to the blades on a new shear and the result will be sobering! 95% of stylists worldwide should be entitled to new replacement shears or refunds after only the first sharpening. this is a scissor manufacturer's wet dream! in a service that requires precision and accuracy anything less is inexcusable and unacceptable. what you put up with you end up with!
