samsara has now shifted around baluwatar from tangal area. previously, when i had tried their burgers it was good, fresh but could have been better. but this time i could notice few of the improvements such as they’ve added crisp onion rings to it, the bun is soft, the burger is so juicyyyyy, their fries tastes good with the mild spicy seasoning and comes at the same price. be ready for the messy aftermath! 😉

When you’re keto but need fries 🍟 🍟🍟 i seriously believe there is a way to keto-fy anything these days! i’m so grateful 1.) for my taste buds changing and not needing c**p sugary junk anymore and 2.) for my most of my cravings now being for steak, veggies, and healthy fats! every now and then though, you just gotta make some dang jicama fries. save this, trust.
-using a container of pre-cut jicama from @traderjoes, toss them with a little spray of @chosenfoods avocado oil
-sprinkle on some @ketorubs fyre salt
-throw them in the air fryer for about 20 mins at 375, shaking once at the halfway mark (you could also cook them in the oven!)

say aloha to your new neighbors by sending flavorful wood-fired smoke signals over the fence. this sweet hawaiian burger recipe is the perfect welcome to your wood-fired burger shack.
1 lb ground beef
4 tbsp teriyaki sauce of choice
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
traeger jerky rub
1 fresh pineapple, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1 red onion, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
4 slices pepper jack cheese
1 head butter lettuce
4 hamburger buns
remove skin from pineapple, core and slice into 1/4-inch rounds.
slice onion and drizzle with olive oil. season with salt and pepper.
place ground beef, teriyaki sauce, panko and traeger jerky rub into a mixing bowl. mix to combine and form into 4 equal patties.
when ready to cook, start the traeger according to grill instructions. set the temperature to 450 degrees f (set to 500 degrees f if using a wifire-enabled grill) and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.
place burger patties, pineapple and onion on grill. grill burgers, pineapple and onion for 5 minutes per side.
the last minute of cooking, add cheese to burgers and toast buns if desired.
to build burger, start with the bun and top with lettuce, patty, grilled onion and grilled pineapple. drizzle with more teriyaki sauce and the top bun. serve immediately. enjoy!

🌱por otra parte, preparar el rebozado procesando semillas de girasol en seco con cúrcuma o pimentón y sal a gusto. . una vez, que haya transcurrido el tiempo suficiente, condimentar la pasta a gusto y darles forma a las hormas con ayuda de un molde para hamburguesas o similar. rebozar.
dejar estacionar los quesos en la heladera durante al menos 6 días, tener en cuenta que tienen que secarse, por lo cual es recomendable colocarlos en un tupper, pero cubriéndolos con un lienzo o con la tapa hermética.
