Day 10 of #21daysofunbusy... even when you try to live #unbusy, busy still creeps in and tries to sabotage and undermine things.
but.... i started the day by waking up before everyone else (day 5), listened to a guided meditation and ate a hot breakfast - knife and fork required (day 2), also managed to workout and even scheduled a massage!
when life gets #busy, it's more important than ever to tap into those unbusy tools and strategies in order to keep overwhelm at bay.
