Same works for alcohol/bigasspizzas/buffets. if you know you gonna have lots of calories in one meal, keep your calories for the rest of the day to the minimum. this works relatively well even jf you dont count your calories. of course if you learn to count your calories, it would be more ideal as you can be more flexible with your food selection. @wayapapaya -

eating out is an issue while looking to lose fat. because you have to force f*t off after you’ve essentially forced it on — slowly or quickly — eating out makes it harder.

the average restaurant meal holds a good 300-600 more calories than the same thing you put on your plate.

even if it looks the same.

but don’t worry, you can still eat out. there’s plenty of options to cut the calories — but what if you don’t wanna?

what if you want a coupe drinks, share the app, and have the whole meal?

you adjust the rest of your day!

we can’t change the fact that calories matter but we can change the calories you take in, or dont, the rest of the day.

and eating less, or nothing, isn’t starving yourself if you’ve got 1600 calories planned for at night.

may not be something you want to do 3-4 times a week. that’s where you may be looking to cut back on what you’re eating at the restaurant if you have to go. but sometimes you just want to enjoy — and you can! — you just gotta cut back elsewhere.

Honestly alcohol does nothing to help you progress in the gym but admittedly it tastes good. and in moderation it won’t do much damage... moderation!! that’s a word some people don’t comprehend but it would help if people had a clear picture of caloric intake in relation to alcoholic beverages. double tap and tag 2 friends who can benefit from this πŸ’₯
