the_vegan_angel ๐ŸŒŸvegan protein meals 16๐ŸŒŸ โž– ๐ŸŒด one thing about having breakfast in the morning is that toasts/oats are generally consumed! i understand why breakfast is very important as it will sustain you throughout lunch and or the day but bear in mind that these routines (breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner) are commonly designed as a guide in nutrition โž– ๐Ÿ‡ our bodies respond or tell us when we are going to eat but that doesn't mean you will eat all the time, but i'm not stopping you to eat, hence it's your personal choice unless you impose upon the will of others! personally, i only eat when i'm starving and do not track my calories and also, ethically eating the right kinds of foods! (wholefoods) โž– ๐Ÿฅ— prep time is under 10 minutes and this meal plan is calorie-dense also, meaning it will help you feel full for longer (no craving for pizza ๐Ÿ˜Ž) โž– ๐Ÿ”บ๏ธ tag someone that needs this๐Ÿ”บ๏ธ โž– โ™จ๏ธare you a fan of oats?โ™จ๏ธ
