Oh my gourd!
day 3 and still not tired of eating this casserole. this will definitely be a regular in my meal plan rotation. healthier, tasty and feels like comfort food 💚
The little things are truly the most exciting. if you don't believe it wait until you're older. you learn to appreciate so much more.
my chair was worn down. in order to reach my desk to do my job i had to lean forward which meant my back was never touching the back of the chair which equaled a tired painful back.
last week i mentioned something in passing and a manager who has nothing to do with my department ordered a new one and had it together when i came in this morning 💚
Tonight's the last night in my own bed for awhile. so here's to a good nights sleep and kitty cuddles before i depart.
my bag is packed but first it's strength training in the morning. whose getting their weights out tomorrow?!
Amazingly some days i find it hard to eat everything i am suppose to on this meal plan. eating healthy foods not only fills you up but it keeps you full for quite awhile.
