Now that you know the bad news, and did some research on why refined sugar is so bad for you, it's important to focus on the good news. natural sugar from fruits (especially organic) are good for you 🤗😋 i personally always go back to what has worked for me which is eat lots of fruits for breakfast, since they're best on an empty stomach. but i also like having it as snacks. like these local cherries, i ate a 1 lb which is 1/2 a kilo for a snack. they were local and organic. if you can spend $5 on a snack in starbucks, which has no nutrional value you can totally do it at the farmers market for a delicious locally grown fruit.
