Секрет вкуса суперпростых блюд кроется в их компонентах! И чем вы сильнее проникнетесь поисками самого вкусного из того, что доступно, тем радостнее и влюбленнее на вас будут смотреть те, кто это будет есть))
🥫Для томатного соуса я беру помидоры сорта san marzano!🥫Так как живьём «у нас» достать их трудно, вы можете просто купить консервы, на которых будет написано «pomodori pelati» (см.следующее фото)!
Пилати – это отборные томаты, которые были очищены от кожицы и законсервированы без какого-либо нарушения структуры. Такие помидоры очень тщательно проверяют на предмет механических или иных повреждений. Сейчас для большинства пилати используется сорт san marzano (Святой Марцано😇, все-то там в италиях святое))). Продолговатый красный плод с характерным носиком на кончике. Они имеют плотную мякоть, не водянисты и содержат мало семян, что делает их идеальными претендентами на приготовление томатных соусов, устойчивы к повреждениям, благодаря чему и подходят для пилати 🍅🍅🍅🍅! san marzano выращивают в приморских регионах Италии, в провинциях, находящихся на берегу Средиземного моря: Неаполь, Кампания, Саленто🌊🌞 Это самые известные консервированные помидоры во всем мире🌎❤️ Лучшими считаются помидоры этого сорта, выращенные в регионе Кампания, они носят международное признание с отметкой dop (denominazione di origine protetta - наименование, охраняемое по происхождению 👨‍✈️).
san marzano - уникальны ещё и тем, что выращиваются на землях вулканического происхождения, рядом с Везувием 🌋😮
В общем, бегите скорее в магазин, и делайте самую вкусную пасту!!! А мы уже урчим животами)))

“i always loved cooking, exploring, nature and environment a lot. last year i decided to change my life and start doing something about my true passion. i wasn’t just quite sure where to start, that was when i came across plantlab and thought to myself that is a kind of environment i wanted to be a part of. first, i was a bit skeptical about an online course and plantlab opened up a contest at that time. i applied right away, i wanted it from my heart and i won. . that was almost like the perfect sign that i was on the right path. all of my doubts disappear as i started the course. it was a really intensive and challenging course that requires time and care. i loved every part of it. my instructor emily shaw was really helpful and encouraging throughout the course. the experience i have through the course made me perceive food and cooking in a more professional and explorative way. i learned lots of new techniques, flavors, ingredients… i wanted to reflect; all my curiosity, passion, love for nature and things i have learned during the course as i was constructing my final project. i also wanted to incorporate some turkish inspiration to my menu to show my roots. that’s how i created my quinoa kısır with; parsley mint tuile, parsley mint emulsion, balsamic pearls, mango, seasonal greens, lemon vinaigrette. my beetroot ravioli with; almond ricotta beetroot filling, mushroom broth, pickled mushroom, snow peas. and my strawberry güllaç with; strawberry balsamic jelly, almond milk, basil sauce, ground pistachio. plantlab gave me the confidence and guidance to follow my passion. i can’t wait to continue my journey which i have just begun and i believe plantlab will be my greatest guide on this journey.” - @ceyda.artun, level 1 cooking graduate 👩🏻‍🍳
