A question that i get all the time is “how do you stay motivated” or “how do you go to the gym so regularly”. one, workout out comes from a place of passion, discipline and love. but most importantly, people forget that it isn’t always about motivation. getting into the discipline of going to the gym is what’s more important than motivation cause motivation is always the second step, not the first. two, working out isn’t just lifting weights. there’s so much more. working out is also activating parts of your brain that put you more in touch with your own body which many of us tend to ignore. working out is kinda like meditation. it involves various factors like the mind- muscle connection and a focused mind and soul. these come over time and with practice. i have days when i’m not motivated too but you know what helps? discipline. it’s always the roots and the foundation that build the rest of the architecture. .

I get asked way too often “i don’t lose weight though i eat less”. most of the clients i work with or people i encounter undereat. i’ve seen 85kg men eating 1500-1800kcals. before i started tracking and calculating my macros, i was unfortunately a victim of the same. ate about 1200kcal hoping i’ll see results. tracking my calories and calculating my macros changed so much for me. i would 100/10 suggest and recommend tracking every single day even if you’re a pro cause every single calorie adds up and you may not be seeing results because of those few calories. know how to break your macros down and eat as per that. there are several simple calculators online to help with that. if you seriously need help, consult with a nutritionist or someone that you look up to. don’t become a victim of crash diets, new fad diets, fleeting posts on instagram about some new “proven study”. be mindful. be careful. be aware. .

what happened to us? society that is addicted to comfort, fast fix, 30 min pill and/or a bottle of tequila that promise to take me to a sandy beach in mexico after 2 shots. the truth is - no one ever looked in the mirror without thinking what if i could only change....
we are told to accept ourselves the way we are, even if we don’t like it. why ?! if you don’t like the way you are, it’s up to you to change it. work it out. that’s mental healthcare. easier say than done for sure. it might take me a life time, but looking back i’m grateful for every decision i have made. no shortcuts. no lifts. no trends. just consistency and callous mind. all good sun is shining and we are a live. live !!!

i’m not gonna b******t about how i am happy and how i am mindful of every emotion i feel. truth is i breakdown every now and then. i don’t talk often about how i’ve been struggling with anxiety for a few years now and do go for therapy. truth is social media always shows the side of me that’s happy with her body and mind. however, that is not the case. anxiety is a part of me that’s probably never gonna leave but i try to battle it every single day despite how stressful it can get. we all have battles and demons to deal with but working out helps me a lot and i am more than grateful to have found something that has helped me a lot. .
